Regular check-in time is 4pm. If we’re able to accommodate an earlier check-in time we’ll let you know.

CHECKOUT

Checkout time is by 11am. No need to strip the beds or start the laundry. We’ll take care of it. Once you’ve checked out, please send Tricia a text @ 562-676-7567.

ENTRY / PARKING

There are 2 driveways off of Johnson Avenue to access this property. They are somewhat easy to miss so you’ll want to drive slowly. If you miss the first one, you can turn into the second one. There is ample parking on the property. You are welcome to park wherever you like. Please do not block the driveways. The front/entry door that you will be using is up the front porch steps and is painted blue. The key to the front door will be under the front door mat.

AUTOMATED HOME SYSTEM

The lights, windows shades and thermostat are all controlled through the keypads in each of the rooms. Please do not pull on the window shades. The only way to operate the window shades on the main level is through the keypads. The window shades on the top floor are manually operated by chains.

TVs

All of the TVs are smart TVs. Our Hulu account (including Live TV) is loaded onto all of them. You’re welcome to use it. You’re also welcome to log into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc accounts.

WASHER / DRYER / LAUNDRY CLOSET

You’re welcome to use the washer / dryer in laundry closet near the main level bathroom. The ironing board & broom are in that closet. There is laundry detergent under the vanity sink in the adjacent bathroom.

TRASH

You can empty the trash / recycling bins found under the kitchen sink in the fenced in trash enclosure next to the sidewalk, near the large palm tree. Friday is trash day. We’ll put the bins out to the curb on Thursday evening and pull them back in on Friday afternoon.

PATIO

You’re welcome to use the grill in the DG area near the grass area.

CLEANING TOWELS

Please don’t use bath towels, hand towels or wash cloths as cleaning towels. There are cleaning towels in the outdoor closet adjacent to the kitchen patio door.
